We are actively working on a decentralized CDN network, called the Saturn network, for hot retrievals, which will be available in 2023. In the meantime, Filecoin data is often mirrored on IPFS nodes for hot access through IPFS gateways. Data stored on Filecoin through the FIL+ program is required to be stored by Storage Providers both as sealed and unsealed copies, and those unsealed copied can be served by data retrieval requests through interfaces like Boost and Estuary.
