Depends on who you are interacting with. Helpful to provide refresher even if you are familiar with team. By being in PLN, we have a lot of shared and aligned values and if one team creates value, it benefits other teams. We aim to have Directly Responsible Individuals (DRI) so that it’s easy to identify who to have conversations with. We try to eliminate interval vs. external view of teams. We hope to have teams publish what they are working on more frequently, increasing visibility, and allowing to easy to enter conversations with knowledge of what teams are developing.
