Protocol Labs is a leader in developing Javascript, Go and Rust. As stated in the specs and docs, protocols must be implemented with precise specifications that enforce specific behaviors. To ensure seamless interoperability between languages, various challenges must be solved -- such as effective communication between programs and thorough interoperability testing. That's why PL have invested heavily in libp2p’s effort to integrate into Ethereum; these efforts are highly beneficial and shouldn't be overlooked.
